A supplier capability becomes part of your solution only when it is relevant to the brief and confirmed for the selected configuration. We consider documentation, supported connections, operating requirements and the handover plan alongside the equipment or software itself.
OBED represents the partner relationship within the scope agreed for the project. Product availability, territory, commercial terms and support responsibilities are stated in the proposal. We do not assume that one agreement, configuration or delivery model applies to every European market.
Agree who supplies, installs, configures, trains and supports each part of the solution. A documented handover helps keep the project and ongoing operation accountable.
Good coordination also defines what happens after installation: who receives a question, who investigates an issue and how any supplier involvement is arranged. These responsibilities should be understood by the owner, operator and implementation team before the venue starts trading.
