A connected guest journey. Illustrative hardware and interface concept.
OBED helps entertainment and hospitality operators turn AI into practical support for the business. We start with the questions guests ask, the work your team repeats and the systems you already use. Then we define where AI can help, which connections are needed and when a person should take over. The aim is clearer communication, less manual coordination and a more consistent guest experience.
01
AI support on your website
Help visitors find the right attraction, understand packages and prepare an enquiry in their language. We structure the assistant around approved information about your venue, offers and operating rules. It can ask relevant follow-up questions, collect contact details when offered and pass a useful summary to the team. Answers, languages and handover routes are tested before launch.
02
Phone AI support
Give callers a clear first point of contact for common questions, booking enquiries and group events. A phone assistant can gather the preferred location, date, activity and group size, then route the request or arrange a callback. We define opening-hours and out-of-hours behaviour, languages and transfer rules around your team. Telephony compatibility and the agreed call flows are verified for the selected setup.

Connect your communication channels
Bring website chat, social media, messaging, email and telephone enquiries into a coordinated workflow. The goal is to preserve context when a guest changes channels and help the right person see what has already been discussed. We map supported connections, shared inboxes, routing and follow-up responsibilities. Each channel is connected through the access and capabilities its platform actually provides.
04
Connect AI with booking
Link the conversation with availability, attraction capacity, packages and reservation rules in your booking system. Where the platform supports it, AI can help guests choose a suitable option and complete a booking workflow. Availability and confirmation must come from the booking system. When a connection is unavailable, the assistant prepares a request for the team instead of presenting it as a confirmed reservation.
05
Loyalty across the guest journey
Connect AI support with the loyalty programme you operate or plan to introduce. Help guests understand points, benefits, reward eligibility and the next step in their visit. Account-specific answers require an appropriate identity check and verified system data. We align enrolment, approved offers, follow-up communication and staff handover with your programme rules and the guest permissions recorded in your systems.
06
Integrate and upgrade existing software
Make useful systems work together: your website, booking, POS, cashless platform, customer records, loyalty and reporting. OBED reviews existing workflows and documented interfaces, then scopes integrations, automation and upgrades with the relevant providers. This may include reducing duplicate entry, transferring enquiry details or adding a missing workflow. Compatibility, data ownership and supplier responsibilities are checked before implementation is agreed.
07
Keep your team in control
Define which information the assistant can use, which actions it may perform and which decisions stay with your team. Give staff clear routes for uncertain answers, complaints and requests requiring personal attention. We include knowledge updates, access permissions, conversation summaries and operating procedures in the project scope. The service should support the people running the venue and make exceptions easier to handle.
08
Start with a clear operational priority
Begin with a review of your communication and software, choose a useful first workflow and agree measurable acceptance criteria. Test real guest scenarios across the selected languages and channels, prepare the team and launch in an agreed scope. After opening, review response quality, missed enquiries, completed booking journeys and staff handovers. Expand the solution when the evidence supports the next step.

Before we begin
Practical questions. Clear answers.
Can AI work with our existing software?+
We begin by reviewing the systems, available interfaces and supplier permissions. A supported connection may allow live data or an action; other cases need an upgrade or a defined staff workflow. We confirm the integration scope before making a commitment.
Can the assistant confirm a reservation?+
Only when an approved booking connection supports the action and the booking system confirms it. Otherwise, the assistant collects the request and explains that availability and the reservation still need confirmation from the team.
Do we need every channel at once?+
No. Start with the channel and task that matter most, such as website enquiries or incoming calls. We plan the wider connections early, but implementation can proceed in stages around your priorities, system readiness and agreed budget.
Does AI replace the venue team?+
The service is designed to help your team handle routine work and receive better context. Your staff retain responsibility for exceptions and agreed decisions. Handover, training and support arrangements are part of the implementation plan.
